Alex Cottrell
Alex has worked for Earl & Thompson for 9 years and heads up the Advertising Division of the business. Responsible for managing client relationships, Alex oversees all activities of the department and is tasked with the front-end brand communications for client activities. Also involved in negotiations with the media, she manages the copy output for clients and research where required.
Karen Nelmes
Karen is heavily involved in the day to day running of the Advertising Division and manages bookings, creative outputs and Account Management. Highly experienced in advertising, having held previous positions at TMP, Karen is a primary contact for all advertising requests.
Holly Earl
Holly joined us in 2006 after graduating from University of Leeds; she has since travelled across Australasia and held an Account Handler position on the ASDA account for Bradford based Watt Gilchrist. Returning to Gloucestershire in March 2008, she is involved with both Earl & Thompson Advertising and Marketing - undertaking research for both press and online agreements as well as managing bookings.
